Wow the customer service is incredible! I’ve had framing done there and have had fine art photographs printed there in the past but recently I needed 3 posters printed and mounted on foam board quickly. Stephen and his team went out of their way to accommodate my deadline. I can’t be more pleased with their work and grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!

I had a 24X36 print that needed white trim taken off to fit into frame. None of the big box stores would do this. Went to The Great Frame Up in Bluffton, SC and had no problems. The associates were very nice and had no problem with doing this. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They put print in my frame to make sure it looked good. It looks awesome! Would definitely recommend this place.

I had a beautiful Ben Hampton left to us by my mother-in-law, but it needed to be updated. I had no idea what I wanted or what would look good. They were great at holding my hand through choosing a new frame and each step all the way to the finished product. It turned out beautifully.
