Frank is great on all fronts. He is friendly, efficient, creative, and very talented. He revamped the original frame and mat that had my parent’s wedding photo in it and brought so much joy to our household with his work. We look forward to our next project with him.

I went in to get a price to replace a liner on a used frame i bought. Although I didn't make a purchase because it was out of my price range, they took the staples out for me and gave me advice on how to fix up the old one. I really appreciated their customer service even though I didn't make a purchase!
My husband and I recently had the opportunity to walk the Camino de Santiago. We took our precious (to us) credentials and compostelas to The Great Frame Up. Wow the customer service is incredible! I’ve had framing done there and have had fine art photographs printed there in the past but recently I needed 3 posters printed and mounted on foam board quickly. Stephen and his team went out of their way to accommodate my deadline. I can’t be more pleased with their work and grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!

I had a 24X36 print that needed white trim taken off to fit into frame. None of the big box stores would do this. Went to The Great Frame Up in Bluffton, SC and had no problems. The associates were very nice and had no problem with doing this. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They put print in my frame to make sure it looked good. It looks awesome! Would definitely recommend this place.
